Emergency Department in Eagle
Full service department is located in Eagle Health Plaza

Saint Alphonsus offers a full-service emergency department in Eagle, which is staffed by board-certified emergency physicians and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Emergency Department is located in the Saint Alphonsus Eagle Health Plaza at 323 E. Riverside Drive, near the corner of Eagle Road and State Hwy 44 in the Eagle River Development.

Residents in Eagle and near-by communities are traveling further and fighting more traffic to get to the nearest emergency department. In response to the demand for better access to emergency care in this high-growth area, Saint Alphonsus opened the emergency department in the Eagle Health Plaza.

"This emergency department is fully equipped to handle high acuity cases and mirrors the services found in the Saint Alphonsus emergency department, including trained and certified emergency physicians and nurses, lab, CT, MRI, x-ray, ultrasound and pharmacy services," said Chris Tobe, MD, Medical Director of the Eagle Health Plaza Emergency Department.

The emergency department in Eagle cares for any type of illness or injury that typically compels people to seek emergency care. Patients who visit this emergency department have access to lab, medical imaging and other ancillary resources needed to quickly diagnose and treat their condition. Having full-service emergency medical services in Eagle provides local area residents with high quality care close to home.
