STARS provides specialized services for individuals with dizziness, vertigo, and/or balance problems. The primary goal of the Balance and Vestibular Rehabilitation Program is for individuals to manage dizziness and balance problems for successful return to productive, active life-styles in their homes, community and work environments.

• SMART Balance Master® testing and training
• Individualized treatment programs
• Progressive home exercise
