Neurological Rehabilitation

This is for individuals recovering from brain injury, brain surgery, spinal cord injury, stroke or neurological disorders such as Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barre or muscular dystrophy.

Care teams consist of physical, occupational, speech and recreation therapists, as well as physiatrists (rehabilitation physicians), case managers, neuropsychologists and neurological development training (NDT) specialists.

Customized care programs may include:

  • Inpatient/outpatient continuum of care
    home visits
  • Identification of community resources
  • Individual or family counseling
  • Driving instruction
  • Wheelchair/seating evaluation
  • Financial counseling
